1. Hand wash or machine wash on gentle cycle (cold water).

2. Use mild detergent, avoid bleach or fabric softeners.

3. Air dry or tumble dry low.

4. Lightly press with warm iron if needed (avoid pressing over printed designs).

Custom Tees

1. Wash inside out in cold water.

2. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.

3. Do not iron directly on design, if needed, cover print with fabric before pressing.

4. Avoid dry cleaning.

Slippers

• Spot clean with mild soap and warm water.

• Air dry only, do not machine wash or tumble dry.

We hope you love your handmade items as much as we loved creating them for you! Because each piece is made to order with care and intention, please review our return and exchange policy below.

🧵 Handmade & Custom Orders

• All customized or personalized items (such as custom names, sizes, or colors) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order — once production begins, changes can’t be made.

✨ Eligible Returns

• Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received or defect).

📦 How to Start a Return

1. Email hello@stitchedandpressedbyjess.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. You’ll receive return instructions within 1–2 business days.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund (minus shipping) will be processed to your original payment method.

🛍 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

🧵 Processing Time

Because all items are handcrafted, please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be created before shipping.

🪡 I primarily work on orders Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, so processing begins on the next weekend after your order is placed.If your order is placed early in the week, it will be added to my weekend production schedule.

Custom orders may take a little longer depending on materials and design details, I’ll always communicate updates if needed.

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking information provided once your order is on its way.

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (after processing)

While I do my best to ensure smooth delivery, I am not responsible for delays or lost packages once they are in the hands of USPS. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact USPS first — and then reach out to me so I can help where possible.
